A colleague at work gave me this recipe. Tasty and different.
250g baby spinach leaves
500g strawberries, hulled
60g roasted almonds
dressing:
1/2 cup sugar (can lessen this)
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup cider vinegar
add later: 1/2 cup virgin olive oil
Mix salad, mix dressing (except for olive oil). Just before serving, add oil to dressing and mix it through salad.
